Was unable to do my laundry due to the false advertisement of debit/credit cards able to be used.nThey do have a ATM machine but prepared to be charged a penalty. They do have a change machine but seem stingy on how much you can get.n2 stars for not being able to take cards or pay range or something besides quarters.
Overall I like this bubble room location. My main reason for the one star review is because of one worker in particular. Her name is Mona and she is a very “heavy set” woman that is very unprofessional, unfriendly and LAZY. When she’s at this location nothing gets done. The laundromat looks very unclean and unorganized which isn’t good especially during this pandemic. She also brings her kids to do all of her “work” while she sits on her butt and talks on the phone. There was a young brown skin man there not too long ago that kept the place very clean and organized and he was also nice and respectful.
Such a great laundromat that I've been going to for a while. Last time I went I noticed a roach or two, which surprised me because this place is generally super clean. Just wanted to let the staff know about that.
My favorite laundry mat in the neighborhood. Clean and affordable. The employees are super friendly and helpful too. Ashlee is great and had wonderful customer service. I had a few issues getting my laundry going and he was super helpful for me while talking care of things around the laundry mat at the same time.
Ashlee went out of his way with great customer service. He was very respectful and took time to show me the proper settings as well as the right amount of detergent to use for the triple load machine.Great clean place to do your laundry. Would recommend this place for your laundry needs. Thanks!
