Pride Cleaners - Westport

I am writing a review to acknowledge Angel. I am a long-standing customer. Every time I come in he gives me exceptional customer service and is very helpful.nIf there is ever any issue with my clothing, he goes out of his way to get it corrected. I appreciate you Angel, thanks for your great work!

Terrible customer service and rude manager. On more than two incidents, they left stains on my close and charged me. When I called to complain, the Hispanic guy was super rude and argumentative on the phone. Will not be returning. Don't waste your money on this place.

I'm finding a new dry cleaner. They used to be somewhat reliable. But it took them a week before I could pickup 1 pair of pants! My girlfriend went up there several times, they were very rude to her, and closed way early the other times. I don't reccomend this place to anyone.

Avoid this store at all costs !!!! I was told to come in the morning and speak with the manager and that he would be at the store at 6:30 AM. When I arrived there was a sign on the door that said our system is down. I could clearly see the manager standing behind the counter. I pulled on the door trying to open it and the manager yelled at me we’re not open! I yelled back through the door, not at him, but yelling so he could hear me that I was told to come and talk with the manager at 6:30 because I had an issue with my item when I was picking it up the previous night. He was very rude and continued to yell at me but all he would say is three minutes three minutes. By this time I was tired of being yelled at. Wasn’t aware that they a store was not open YET and they would be opening in three minutes. By the sign on the door I assumed that they were not going to be open at all and he was not going to allow me to speak with him. Finally he opened the door. My item Was returned with blue spots all over it, black dog hair, and it look like it had been dropped because it was dirty all over. Express concerned directly with the manager whose name was Angel. He was very rude and then would not give me my item therefore resulted in me calling authorities. When other customers came into the store they agreed with my concerns and saw the condition of the article. The manager then decided he was going to try and be nice. Far too late for me he was rude and should be without a job. I told him that previously we had it dry cleaned at a different pride location and he then proceeded to tell me I was lying because he could track the article and it was not showing that it had been at any other store. I called the other location we had it dry cleaned and they confirmed it had been there. Overall customer service was a joke he was a rude nasty individual. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

They ruined 5/8 of the black onyx buttons on one of my dress shirts and didn't even mention it and put unsightly holes right on the cuff with a safety pin. Ruined my shirt. Thanks a lot.
