Some of the worst customer service and poorest dry cleaning ever. I go to pick up my clothes and discover a sweater completely wrinkled, and worse yet, all the wrinkles have been pressed/finished into the sweater. A sweater that was soft and smooth and drapes beautifully now feels and looks like it was removed from my dry cleaning bag, immediately sprayed with starch, and then pressed into its now stiff, krinkled, crispy state. And I had to pay for it to collect my clothes. I said to the clerk “In a service industry where the customer is always supposed to be right, making the customer pay to collect their ruined clothing is one I haven’t heard before.” And no, I won’t take you up on your offer to re-clean my ruined item ‘for free’ only if I first pay for it. I believe that is no longer free.nnAdditionally, when I entered the store - 5 pm on a Thursday - I walked up to the counter. After 10-15 seconds, the cashier told me she’d be with me in a few minutes. That she had to finish a text first. I stood there and waited. And waited. When she finally came around to help me, she said that she’d been trying to text or email her boss for quite awhile, but people kept coming in and so she couldn’t get it done. I responded that yes, that happens. To which she said “I had to get this finished and so, you know, the customer will just have to wait till I’m done.” I was totally shocked and told her that was a kind of customer service that I’d never heard of.nnKathy, thanks for the truly poor customer service. Pride Dry Cleaners in the Prairie Village Shops - you’ve certainly gone out of your way to lose a customer.

Received nothing short of phenomenal customer service. My suit looks brand new! Would recommended to anyone
