Buffalo Wild Wings

Called on a Tuesday morning to check availability for six adults and three children. The person said no problem. My party got there and was immediately told not to touch any other tables or chairs. Little rude right off but okay given the situation. The waiter was decent. Gave us time to place our order and with a large group and children involved, I ordered three appetizers plus 30 wings. The appetizers came out approximately 30 minutes later. A relatively long wait for appetizers but again we were busy chit-chatting. As the party continued we are still waiting on our 30 wings. Our other guest received their food. Two of Our Guest received their food, ate it, and left before we had received our food. An hour and a half later, after mentioning our food to the waiter, we finally get our food. By this time a group of our guest has already left and the other group was getting ready to leave. So basically, all of our guests have left before we even got our food. We don't get a sorry, we don't get a discount on our food being so late and the manager was nowhere to be seen. So for all the money that we spent; 3 appetizers + 30 wings and we ordered an extra appetizer trying to get more food out quickly. Our three children didn't get dinner, and what made it worse was it was our son's birthday party, because we had to take our food to go. Given all of that we left a large tip for the waiter. It is totally not worth going to this restaurant. We had to stop by McDonald's on our way home to feed our kids. I will never again come to this location.

Incomplete order. When you order wings you always want ranch and or another dipping sauce, celery and carrots. I've done this many times at other locations and they always get it right. You even order these items when ordering online. It's even on the receipt. By now if you haven't figured out to go orders then there is something missing, and I wouldn't try this location again, simple mistakes and lack of details, very simple details, makes you wonder about other things this place does wrong.

Antonio our waiter needs some basic training. For instance silverware and napkins are essentials to customers. Ketchup is pretty essential to French Fries in the US. Ordering a drink should not take 20 minutes when you are at 1/3rd capacity due to Covid. The Site Manager saved the customer service Department tonight. Overall food quality and presentation were very good. I would have preferred to give the tip to the Manager for saving the meal and the overall experience. Oh yes, training the present staff on what past side dishes tasted like and how they were prepared, such as the present Cole slaw, which is terrible, is a must for former customers, don't waste your time on the present Cole slaw. I've tried to eat it twice haven't gotten more than two bites down before I have chosen to push it asside. They choose cheap instead of a quality product, which they had before. BWW is falling behind in their own market share going cheap on already cheap side dishes. Don't expect the same customer service as ten years ago, unless you happen to get a store manager as we ended up with tonight. This store needs a lot of help in the waiter Department before we get back to the prior capacity levels.

I went for the veterans day special. There were chicken nuggets, and a frankly stunning variety of sauces. From very mild to regretting your life's choices. It was everything you could want if you want tvs, chicken wings, and tasty sauces.
