Machines weren't dispensing quarters when I stopped for a self-service wash.

I'm not sure how this place has a 4/5 star rating. I've given this place several chances to improve. This was the last time I'll come here. The vacuumes (if working) are minimal, if that. They aren't strong enough to even vacuume. I've come here Several times before and tried two different machines that are just broken. No sign saying they're out of order. You put in $1.25 and they don't turn on nor do they return your money. The self wash leaves a film on the car and it looks close to what it did before you even washed it. And, I can say that after giving this place several tries, with no improvement. It's a shame, as this is a very convenient location to me. Really, until they improve their services, Don't waste your time or money here.
