Had Advanced Plumbing come to my house twice this week for 2 separate issues. Both times my issue was resolved quickly and the lady that scheduled my appointments was very pleasant!
Watch the pricing here! I got charged for over 11 hours when the repairman was here from 9:15 until 6:45, and left for 3 hours in the afternoon. After a call, they took ONE hour off of the bill! Also, the price of materials was 2 to 4 times what it should have been. Very disappointed. I will not be using this company again.
The guy will make you spend $400 for a simple faucet repair. Ofcourse the problem is fixed but cost too High.
While response times can be an issue sometimes (I've had them respond to a phone message within an hour and other times respond not at all), but when they the job, it is very competent, prompt and reasonably priced.
We have water in our front yard (main break?) and I called this business since it is very close to us. I left a message, but 2 days later I have not had a reply. I guess I will have to go somewhere else as I need this repair done ASAP.
