It's a fun visit, but mostly the same exhibits with few updates. Suggested contribution was $7, but since it's a college campus, I don't know what the money supports. The taxidermy is falling apart, and the mural behind them is faded. Love the fossils in the basement.

Great collection, extremely clean, friendly staff! Much more rare pieces than you'd expect from such a nondescript museum on a college campus. My fiance and I had a great time and my four year old daughter was engaged and fascinated for our whole 3 hours through the museum!

Best public university natural history museum in USA. Also connected to KU Spencer Art Museum. Both reflect KU dedication to education.
