When we were moving back to the area and began looking for a house, I knew right away who I wanted to contact. Kris had always struck me as smart, efficient, professional, and friendly - and she was all those things in the house-buying process. As we hit slight snags here and there, she was very reassuring and things did fall into place. We were happy with her recommendations for making offers and appreciated her knowledge of the markets in the area - whether a larger city like Fargo or small communities like we chose.

Kris was a complete joy to work with. She made a very stressful time easy to handle she always kept us up to date as what was going on and helped us make the correct decisions she definitely was on our team I felt she always had my best interest in mind thank you Kris.
