Shelly was absolutely amazing! She was very proactive and instrumental in helping us sell our home. We were out of town sellers and have had the house off and on the market for 6 years. Less than a year ago I contacted Shelly just to ask some questions and get some advice. Shelley is good at putting together the site for review BUT at the end if the property does not sell she still takes her fees even after contract ends and if she doesn't sell the property she takes from you not a good business practices. I'm not the only one she has done this to.
