Absolutely the worst rental experience of my entire life. This is coming from a person with years of rental experience with multiple landlords. My wife and I cleaned this home from top to bottom, and had it looking as nice as when we moved into the home. (Minus some wear from furniture on the carpet, which we gladly paid to have fixed.) However, this landlord was beyond rude and had un reasonable DEMANDS. I witnessed him curse out a trash representative for several minutes over a very small matter. Please, save yourself some time, rent from someone else. I promise, you will regret renting here.

This guy knows how to build houses. Very knowlegable in financial world. Great Guy Big Heart .
