Very quick with repairs and will work with you on making improvements. I put in a new sink and they allowed us to take it off of our rent. Also our hot water heater went out one winter day and they had someone there and put in a brand new one in 2 hours. Honest people and treat you fare.

I lived here for a year while going to school. The apartment it's self was in halfway decent shape but was do-able for a college student except for these guys are crooks. The repairs are not good. The door was kicked in and couldn't even lock for over half the year until they came to fix it so it was a huge security issue. Also their lease is so jacked up because they tell you that you have to keep all utilities on over the summer even if you dont live their but it actually only states that one or two are required to be kept on but they make you keep all on or else they charge extra. Other than the lease and un-timely repairs, good place to live

Good people and nice apts, but they work a lot and hard to get ahold of them sometimes

Expensive, slow service, hard to get ahold of when you need them
