I listed my house with Brian at Pitt Realty. The entire length of the contract there was no communication unless I reached out to him, then he would take days if not weeks to reply. The listing ended September 17th. A week later I hadn't heard from him so I emailed him requesting my keys. He did not reply. I sent another email a week later and did not get a reply. Finally I sent a third email 3 weeks from the end of my listing demanding my keys and he told me my keys had gone missing and he was trying to find them. A week later I asked for an update and told him a month without access to my own property wasn't acceptable. He didn't reply. I have called twice and no one is answering the phone. This agent seems to be neglectful and less than competent. I will never work with this agency again. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB also.

They are never in the office nor will they reply after leaving handfuls of voicemails and text messages. They were really good in the beginning however after moving out in May and it's almost August we have still yet to receive our deposit back due to them ignoring our phone calls. I would never recommend anyone to go through them. I had heard they were not the best, but never knew how awful they really are.

My girlfriend and I rented a home in Pittsburg, KS through Pitt Realty and every step of the way was a nightmare. When we moved in, the house was disgusting. After we continued to complain, Mr. Pasteur finally decided to send someone to clean who did little more than mop the floors and clean toilets. During our 7 months there, Mr. Pasteur refused to repair issues with the home until we threatened him with legal action, then he only repaired enough to shut us up. We never received a key to the front door or garage even after multiple requests. Upon termination of our lease, Mr. Pasteur ignored all phone calls from me attempting to receive my security deposit. I wrote Mr. Pasteur a letter demanding the money or I would sue, and my response was a letter with absurd amounts on it to fix things. He also added things to the list that HE IS LEGALLY NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ME FOR! He knows I moved half way across the country and I personally can no longer afford to take him to court. Once they get your money, don't expect any help unless you threaten to sue, and sometimes that doesn't even work. In a town as poor as Pittsburg, don't trust someone who drives a huge yellow hummer and wears $90 T-shirts. Stick with Remax, all of their agents will tell you horror story after horror story about Pitt Realty. Lesson learned.
