All new managment i.e Jordan: does is harrass tenants and try to find new things to charge ppl for. Also they let mail be stollen by leaving it out in the hallway. If you like to pay your rent and be left alone dont count on it here.

I've lived here for 2.5 (almost 3) years and have loved it. The management is excellent--I've never had any problems with apartment issues being fixed fast. If you are polite and willing to communicate, they will give their all to help you. There's a pool. Buildings are secure with fobs. Laundry on site. Exercise room on site. The management has always gone out of their way to help me.nnThey rent per bedroom, but all utilities--including cable and internet--are included. If you're a single person who doesn't mind roommates, or if you have a group of friends looking to rent together, I highly recommend. I lived here with three of my friends for 2 years. We all paid individual rent so we didn't have to worry about one of us not paying their share. The apartments are as clean and nice as you keep them!

I give the villas a 2.5 stars out of 5, based upon several factors. The first is that when I first moved in, the window in the living room was broken and the icemaker would not work and the dishwasher sucked. The window would eventually be replaced...after 8 months and the icemaker would never get fixed (I lived their for a year). The dishwasher would get fixed to an extent but it never worked right. Management at the villas changed constantly and I don't think many people knew who was ever truly in charge, during my time their it changed at least 4 times. Luckily by the time I left the villas had cleaned up some, as many of the bad residents had been kicked out or asked to leave. This helped with the security a lot. Yes their is a lot of pool parties here, but the university as a whole is known as a party school so this is expected and never caused a problem for me. Luckily right before I left it seemed to me that the villas were keeping an eye on the parties to make sure they didn't get too out of hand. The first management indirectly encouraged wild parties. Overall the villas are not a bad apartment, the maintenance people are very nice and helpful and new management is fine. Though because of the high price of living in a 2b 2b the better option if you decide to live here is the 3b 2b, then the cost is a little cheaper. By the way the parking does suck but I don't think that theirs away they can fix this. Like I said before the apartment is okay for a college apartment not good but not terrible.

I lived in the villas for 14 months. The staff was good accept kelcy. She is a raciest. If I get a chance in future, I will definitely drag her to court for her raciest behavior with me and my friends. Whenever I used to call for maintenance, it use to take atleast 3-4 weeks to get it fixed after 2-4 calls. The roads in the parking area were broken almost everytime, the entrance door of almost every apartment were broken throughout my stay, they charged 100$ for cleaning when I moved in which was horrible according to me as I already payed $350 deposit + $329 rent and still I had to clean it again as it was not properly cleaned. Also they increased the rent to $349 by committing to increase the internet speed in middle of my lease.nnOverall I recommend students to stay in Edge, summer field or in private house rather then suffering in the Crimson Villas.

DO NOT give these thieves your money. The apartment they give you is not the same as the model one they show you. We were told we would have a huge pantry, but all we have is a small maintenance closet where the pantry was shown in the model apartment. Within only 6 months, we’ve had to make several emergency maintenance requests (which would take many days for them to respond to) including the following: toilet flooding out of nowhere (it wasn’t even clogged or anything), leaks in the ceiling (that when “fixed” continued to leak), broken thermostat, fried router cord, messed up garbage disposal/dishwasher, the sprayer on the sink wouldn’t stop spraying, etc etc. The ice maker doesn’t work and it looks like there’s black mold growing on the vents. I was not very happy with the service here, or the amount of money I’ve paid with how many things have gone wrong.
