We have had the worst experience with Pro X Reality. They do not respond to us. It took them months to mow our yard, which it states in the lease that they will tend to the yard. As soon as they had someone come out, the person popped a hole in our gas meter and caused it to leak for 2 days. We have had our water heater go out and had to live in a house that was 45 degrees in the winter. The air conditioning did not work in the summer so our house was 90 degrees. We are moving out this month and we told them 3 months ago and it took them way too long to answer. Then they made it sound like we did not need to pay pro-rated rent and just asked us today to pay it today. I believe that since they broke the lease by not mowing the yard, we should not have to pay to get out of the lease. This company is terrible to work with and we will never trust them again. Stray away from any property they have.

Not very good business. They won't let a poor person rent from them. Plus, they own most houses so forget it if you want to get into a rental house through Pro X

Tyler sold my house within days of it being in the market. One of the hardest working people in the business. He treats you like family, and work as hard as he can for you. If you are going to sell or buy a house I recommend you go with him and the Pro X team. If I was ever going to sell or buy again they would be the first people I would call. Can’t thank them enough!

Worst management company. Illegally rented out my apartment and refused to answer the phone for weeks after I returned after 11 days of being gone to see that my apartment had been rented out. They did not call or anything just had someone moved in before I returned. When talking on the phone and being respectful, she was extremely rude and defensive. I am not the first person they have done this to. Horrible experience and the manager is corruptnJust to add, they refunded not even half of my deposit because they say that’s what was left after cleaning, had they not rented out my apartment and removed all of my cleaning supplies, I would have earned the entire deposit back before my lease was up.nStephanie lied to the owner stating she attempted to contact me but said to me that she didn’t call and didn’t have to because it was “abandoned”. I legally had 14 days and a notice before they could have moved forward.nRead all the negative reviews before renting fromnThis company. This is extremely common for this companynI am sure the owners are great but they need to clean house with their manager!
