Pittsburg Law Enforcement

I’m leaving a review regarding two corrupt officers in this unit, one named Christopher J. K.miec & one named Ted Cook who were both participating in a hate crime against a family of Hispanic decent yesterday at Walmart. Me & my husband we’re just there to shop for groceries as we had to be bystanders of this awful interaction. The officers walked up aggressively asking for I.d.’s to this family who had small children with them that it made us stand at a distance making sure we had ours just Incase they wanted to start asking everyone in there as well. One of the ladies kept asking the officers what was wrong?, what had they done or their family? You could tell she was trying to de-escalate the tension with the children being so near, and kept asking them to call their chief of police because she wasn’t feeling safe & they refused to. After it all ended the woman told the officers she is a US born citizen and so were all of them & after she informed them of that they both were making racist Hispanic remarks, about Mexicans crossing our borders & many more I’d rather not write out. I’ve never been so disgusted with our Pittsburg police department. There was no reason for those filthy words to come out their words, they may have been having a bad day but I don’t think those officers realize that those racist remarks they were making are a form of a hate crime and if we wanted to we could report them even as bystanders for watching the crime occur against this family, and it’s a fear that this family probably isn’t their first victims. I hope you two officers are reading this & know that you left a lot of people behind with our stomachs turned.. your job is to protect & serve regardless of the color of our city’s people’s skin. If it were my family guaranteed this would have been reported & taken accountable.

I just tried to call to see the laws on a fireplace in my backyard I know it has to be; dug, and have a stone or metal structure around it,15ft away form any structure or road. I gust want to know if I'm missing any thing.

Your officers are not trainer correctly on how to talk to a juvenille victim. Please train ur officers one specific scared my daughter so bad and treated her like a drug dealer child molester or murdered... NOT TTRYING TO NOT GET HER STORY FOR LIKE 10 TIMES ROW. SAYING HER FATHER HAS RIGHT TO DECIPLINE CONTINUALLY HIT HIS 12 YR OLD DOUGHTER AS HE SAW FIT. I WILL BE GETTING AN ATTORNEY AND BE AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN JUST A FEW... I KNOW MY RIGHT DISCIPLING A CHILD SHOULD NEVER BE MORE THAN ONE SWAT ON BEHIND NOT HIM BEATING HER. AND HE WITH HELD MY AUTIST SON AND SUFFERED NO CONSEQUENCES ADA LOVES STUFF LIKE THIS MY SON IS 19 MONTHS OLD AND HAD NIGHTMARES AND TREMORS ALL NIGHT
