I have always been pleased with this company until last week. I called on Wednesday about a simple drain clog and was told someone would come either Thursday afternoon or Friday.nIts now Monday and no one ever called or came. Please fulfill your promise guys!
Got great, speedy service from them on my sewer line. SDM Plumbing has moved to the top of my list of plumbers. Give them a try!
I called they came right out and fixed our sump pump. Nice people did quality work.
We had a waterline break in our front yard last Sunday. Water everywhere. Never a good thing. Luckily it was confined to the front yard and not the basement. I called Paul Keys of Sewers, Drains, and More and he came out that same day to give me an estimate. Told me what he had to do, when he could do it, and roughly how much it would cost. He was here on Tuesday morning around 9 am. Got to work and had it done before 1:30 in the afternoon. Yay!!! Highly professional. Very personable. His workers were very conscious of tracking mud in the house. Two thumbs up in my book. Highly recommended.
