I have been renting from them for three years now and I will say I couldn't be happier with the service I receive. If there ever is a problem it is taken care of that day. Love this rental property!!

Putting handicapped people out on street in winter. Need more than one rental company in Devil's Lake. Believe lies from bullying tenants who because they have lived there for ever feel they own the building. . Also will not listen to any information or bother to teach employees about people who are disabled with a tramatic brain injury. Because they are the only rental company no where else to rent from! City needs to wake up! Ridiculous a town or city the size of Devil Lake has not no other rental company, need to offer incentives to get others interested in coming to Devil's Lake. You may call or contact me, about this review, I would like an opportunity to tell you how I feel about how a certain individual has been treated by your company. So grateful I do not.have to live in any of your housing. My mother did and had many run ins with how you handled things. I am so disappointed that you feel this is a proper way to treat people who have no where to live when they are disabled and it is winter.. what has happened to treating others with compassion. Or at least being helpful finding them housing. Barbara Wilcox Locken. I hope others see this review, I will be watching to see if you remove it.

I don't normally write reviews but I had to both here and facebook. Run and don't look back. Terribly customer service skills, terrible management, if they ever do fix anything in your unit, it's as if they want a gold star. Lady had the audacity to tell me tht she has done me favors???? So what is my rent for? Am I not paying for these services!!!nnAnyways, I would hate for anyone to go through these misery so this is just a friendly warning!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible do not rent from these people. They are a joke.
