I like the tools; but the only thing I don't like that have to wait for side tool box.
This place is more expensive than Lowes, as far as cordless power tools. The batteries and charger are almost $100 more and only a 90 warranty. 5 year warranty on the tool and 3 yrs on the included charger and battery.
With you Sept cat on smart phone I just got home from you Hend store, very disappointed. First, your web page said you open at 7am which I discovered when I got there, it opened at 8am. Second, you state 20% off any item, WRONG, they explained in, not small but in tiny print all the items not covered. Ps, a lot of us elderly people cant read the exceptions. Third, four of the five items I wanted they did nt have, Predator 3500 Invertor Generator, Welder, Post Auger etc, the good news is that all in all I saved over $2000 this morning, thanks for listening.
Feel like a kid in a candy store every time I visit. Decent tools for what I need at unbeatable prices. Former and grateful employee for about 20 years.
Well stocked and friendly. Good selection of hard to find items. Low prices which are sometimes an good value and sometimes a reflection of quality so be a smart shopper
