The biggest thing about Lowe's is no matter which one you go to. And how short your list is. Or how common of an item it is. They are ALWAYS out of at least one of your items. Otherwise it's a pretty good store. Employees are helpful. Store is clean. Well lit. Etc... It's just the constant running out of product

I just wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees at the Henderson, NV store on Boulder Hwy. Her names is Mary Klukas. I recently purchased over 200 sq ft of tile, thin set and grout. Even though Mary doesn’t work in flooring, she dropped what she was doing to help me chose the tile and load it on two push carts. She really went out of her way to make sure I could find everything I needed. I had to push a very heavy cart from flooring to the lumber door and out to my truck. I thought I would have to go back for the second cart but Mary had followed me with it. Great thorough and friendly service. You should take pride in the fact that you have a great employee like Mary. She really made a huge difference. I’ll be glad to return to your store for more purchases in the future.

My husband and I want to thank Alexander for his excellent customer service! We had an issue with a BBQ grill I bought not too long ago for an early father's Day present. I had lost the receipt and he was able to guide us to the best case scenario. This is the reason why we return to businesses. Thank you Alexander! Keep up the wonderful work!

I went in for 2 very specific items that I had no clue where they would be, and Kevin in the paint section was quick and happy to help both times he saw me wandering around aimlessly. He was happy, had his nice smile out, and was so patient and kind to the older folks he helped too! I will definitely be back and hope I get to deal with him or someone like him!
