Great experience! Called and wanted same day service. They originally did not have a slot but about 30 minutes later they had rearranged their schedule to get me in the same day! My tech was great and even submitted to being called a helper by my 4 year old who quickly took charge of the job.
We are extremely happy with Bryan’s service. We have an elderly cat who is having occasional litter box issues and had a spot of concern that she had soiled. Bryan went over the process and what we can expect from the carpet treatment. He did a excellent job with the cleaning and was very friendly.
