Updating my poor review because if someone improves, they deserve it. My initial experience wasn't great calling the property manager, but subsequent interactions improved significantly. I am pleased with the responses I have been getting at this time.

I have left several messages over the last couple of days to rent an apartment at this property and have not received a call back. I have called 7 times I’m the last three days and no answer or call back. That is frustrating as I have rented from Key Management properties in the past and they tend to be more attentive than this. Poor service from the start.
