Gabe came to our aid today when our furnace quit just as the cold snap hit! He was very knowledgeable and explained what was down on the system thoroughly. With the system being 27 years old, the decision to repair rather than replace is a tough one but there was no pressure to decide today. Gabe laid out all the options very clearly and got our system up and running! Perfect way to handle the situation and a very nice young man.

No one wants to deal with heating or AC issues and no one wants to have to replace their system - especially right before the holidays, but Service HQ made it a painless process.nThey have top notch communication with texts that include a photo of the person coming to your home - a stellar safety factor! And calls from the techs when they are heading to you home.nJuan came out and diagnosed the issue and went over all our options so we could make the best decision for our situation. No hard sales!nMichael was incredibly friendly and professional when he came to do the install. He went over the whole system with me and even programmed the new thermostat they installed.nEveryone was very respectful of my time and my home. Service HQ has a new very loyal customer and they will be my #1 recommendation!

Michael Combs came & did fall maintenance on my system & he was Great! He was clean, well spoken, knowledgeable. He did an absolutely wonderful job. I would recommend HQ Service to everyone.

Mike Woods and Pepper were right on time.....covered there shoes with booties....and watched as they did a very thorough job.....more than any other company I have used. Both were congenial. All together a very positive experience. When I heard there was a freeze warning, I was afraid my faucet had froze....when I checked they had disconnected the hose and put it back. Great service ...great guys. Highly recommended.

I've had Service HQ doing seasonal maintenance on my system for the past several years (started using them when they were called Mckay's) and have always had a positive experience with them. They did a duct cleaning a couple years ago which I felt was reasonably priced compared to some other companies we got quotes from. My system is about 15 years old and seems to be running quite well. The only issues I have had with it they have handled in a timely and economical manner. Would recommend.
