Me and my husband has been renting from Mr. Moses for almost 2 years now. We have always paid our rent early. Anytime we would talk to Mr. Moses about concerns that we had he would always make sure our concerns are taken care of in the appropriate manner. Mr. Moses has gone above and beyond to Help me create a safe environment for a daycare I was starting in one of his rental units. We are very happy we found Moses Properties and Have been 100% satisfied for the two years that we’ve renting from him.

My wife and I along with our 2 kids have lived in a property for about a year now when we did our walk through we noticed a black ring in the living room ceiling and we stated this was something we wanted fixed before we move in we paid 3 months rent before we even started moving in and til this date it is still there water runs not drips through it we have told him about it several times and all's he does is send people to add more shingles to the roof there is suppose to be someone coming today Monday June 22 2020 to take a look at the issue I'm to the point I want this tested for black mold and if so I would like to feel he will do right I ask people around town about him and hear a lot of people say slum Lord we pay our rent on time and at this point me making this review I'd like to add if he tries to ask us to move out it would be in retaliation for this review so earl Moses I hope you have someone coming today like you told us last week if not I guess I will have no choice but to call the city and ask for a test to be conducted sad thing is if they do find mold he will also have the family in the duplex next door to find new housing fornnIt is now fixed thank you Moses.

I had a little one on the way and another that was almost 2. We were couch surfing and I was working. We met some people who took us in to help us out we were greatly grateful. This couple worked for Moses and were a true blessing. I had 500 bucks to my name and the couple managed to help us get into a place. Moses worked with me on my deposit and rent and I got things taken care of long before I told him i would. I always paid my rent on time. As my kids grew the house grew smaller. So I asked him about a place I saw and I was shown the place. I gave him x amount of money so I could think about it. A couple of days later my wife had the front door open but the screen door locked. Moses decided to show up unannounced and tried to make his way in the house without knocking as my wife was walking thru the house with no shirt on trying to get some things done and find a shirt. She asked what he needed when she realized he was at the door. He said we had till the following Monday to be out and into the other house as he had a family more fit for the place we were renting. I called him and set a time to talk to him. Went in to find out what was going on and I was basic told I didn't have a choice in the matter. And sat a lease to the other place in front of me. I didnt feel like arguing and signed it all. I cleaned the house top to bottom. And as I was moving out the family he rented to place to out from under us he told coukd start moving in. So as I am taking things out of the house these people are moving with out doing the walk thru. I finally got the last of my things and was on my way. He said he would roll my deposit over to the new house. I neber heard from him so I called him and he told me I wasn't getting my deposit back. I asked why and he said because of the condition of the house and a tire and trash the city cited him for. I habe pictures to this day of the house and the property. Come to find out he waited 2 weeks to do a walk thru when the people had already completely moved in. And the family blamed my kids for the markings on the wall. My pictures said differently. Some time goes by and he tries to nail me for bedbugs in the house when the bug lady came.to my place and there were none found. I eventually took a job out of town and had 3 months left on my lease. He knew the posibilities of me leaving because of my profession and said just let him know. I gave him a written notice and he called me at my job telling me it was nit acceptable that I was leaving and I needed to pay out my lease. I reminded him of our discussion and he said things have changed. So I told him i was leaving and tried to get out of me where I was moving to and I tols him it was none of his business. Once the house was cleaned up I took pictures and a video of the place once I moved. I was gone within a couple of days of the month starting and he demanded full months rent when I was there 2 days. And he had this written notice. 8 months later and a pandemic and hard times and he had decided to take me to court. I was always on time with my rent and always early except one time and it was from a job change. He never wanted to fix anything. And was never in his office when I needed to report things. This man is a joke. And will find ways to f.ck you out if everything he can. Im pretty upset I had to even give one star. And the guy below me with the leak?? It was finally fixed today. The man has been there for a yr or more. I was his neighbor. He is getting his money because I will be damned if my family has to suffer over this piece of sh.t. I hope he steps on a lego..

Haven't had a problem with him in the one year plus that I've rented from him!

Been an awesome experience for the past 6 years.
