I have lived in two MPIRE rental properties. Both homes were very clean and well-maintained. Very quick to respond and I love the fact that they have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line. The property owners go above and beyond.

They dont care about other people's Properties other than their own. My basement has flooded several times because they won’t put guttering up. All they tell me is that they might get the guttering up before the rain seaon is over. I don’t recommend them for any part of business.

Mpire has been my landlord, what will be 4 years in November. I can't recommend them enough, great people, and fixes any problems you have.

We rented through Mpire for a year and it was a great experience. Our rental was very clean when we moved in and anytime we had a question or needed something they would respond very quickly and get it taken care of.
