I called on a Saturday and they said be out in 2hours and it was. Had a very nice guy and he fix it and was kind person it was very hot out too. I will have them here again. the cost was very reasonable for a Saturday. Thanks again

Expensive, didn't confirm with me before moving forward with the repair, air conditioning wasn't working again two days after.
I love the Platinum Plan option Comfort Pro offers because THEY keep track of when my systems need routine maintenance and they deliver softener salt while they are here. It is very convenient and I appreciate having one less thing to worry about. I have also had them repair a couple dings in a fiberglass tub and a fiberglass shower, and Shane did a phenomenal job. It saved us TONS of money compared to replacing them and he was neat and it was as good as new in one day!
