Subway

Well where do I start.. The female employee who helped me yesterday afternoon was a bit rude to customers while taking our orders. We also asked for napkins and were told they were in the bag with the subs. Not true. None found in the bag. As for the food, it was okay. Happy returning Customers are key to great business success. This was not help in boosting sales nor client/customer retention. Best of luck with finding quality staff.

Customer service was terrible. The girl assaulted my sandwiches and didn't cut my kids pizza. Didn't put roast beef on my subway club. Wouldn't go back and I only live 6 miles away. I'm not one to complain. I've never left a review specially not a bad review

ordered via caseys app today, order placed an hour and 15 minutes before time to pickup, salad was not chopped and there was no meat on it. when I called the store to discuss this, the young girl didn't even apologize and wasn't willing to do anything to resolve the situation.

It's a Subway..... Not sure what else to say... I like Subway.
