Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

West was courteous and professional. He listened while we explained our problem. He then looked at our plumbing system and went over his proposed plan of action and the fees. He worked diligently and went over the warranty and discount offers before writing up the bill. We have a working drain and he was careful to remain clean as possible and tidy up before leaving.

We had a major clog in out kitchen drain. Zach B. was absolutely fantastic. He a few hours clearing out the sludge! He kept me informed step by step and let me know about the recommended enzyme cleaner I should be using to prevent the build up from occurring again. He was very thorough. I highly recommend the company and Zach!!!

The gentleman that I had was Brad. He was super nice and if I had any question he answered them. Knew what he was doing and was able to actually fix the disposal. Definitely glad we got him.

We were visiting our family cabin out in Fremont Nebraska and wouldn't you know that we had the plumbing stop working. The main line was clogged. All the local plumbers were closed and the Omaha plumbers charged a $150 fee for each hour driven for before they did anything it was going to be $300 just to come out. Roto-Rooter had their plumber drive in from an hour away and he was great! Saved the day, saved the vacation!!! And to top it off, he was cheaper than the local guys and had equipment needed that the local guys don't always carry. I was so pleasantly surprised. Thank you!!!
