Ordered a log splitter pump adapter online for in store pick up. Got an email about 1/2 later saying order was cancelled. I called the Council Bluffs store to find out why. Employee said the online ordering system doesn't work very well. Sometimes shows items available at that store that are actually at another store. He said he wasn't sure why it let me order the part all, they don't even have it in their planogram.

They really went out of their way to take care of me and my order! I placed an order for some stock tanks, but there was a hitch in the inventory and they weren't available when I came to pick them up. Shawn went out of his way to find them at another store and drove all the way to Waverly to pick them up and personally delivered them to my house for me. Talk about above-and-beyond service! I'm truly grateful.

Got what we needed with help of service person. Guided by other personal to belt aisle. Cashier was courteous as well. Quick stop.

The store is always clean and the employees are extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions.
