Place does a very impressive job,, I have no complaints

Service is always the best. Understaffed though This is 1 of the bigger blue beacons, and it's still backed up to the middle of the parking lot with up to a 2 hr wait sometimes for even just the washout line. High turnover as well with employees. It's rare to see the same faces after 2, or 3 months. You have the business. Make it work smoother for the employees, and especially the customers. Truck drivers ate on a time table for work, not a waiting table. I have suggested things to employees at multiple locations for improvements. They clearly don't care about staffing the place properly at any location.

Normally I would say the ser ice atthis location is extremely well, BUT I can't say that of my visit here tonight. They were over staffed with most of the staff standing round doing nothing, the young man who was serving me couldn't understand what I wanted and I had to repeat myself several times and he still didn't get it right. I had to have them wash my fuel tanks 3 times, they didn't wash my engine like I asked and paid for. I had to openthe engine in order to get it done. It was the worse service I've ever had at this location.
