Gorilla Car Wash

Riped me off for 13.00 dollar car wash & no one at the wash or Casey's would help. Cashier rud sarcastic. Kept stating no my problem. Will never return to that Casey's

They have a lot of maintenance issues, but they are constantly working to improve things for their customers. I actually work there, and if someone comes in with a complaint, we try to send them home happy and clean.

No attendant was present but they still include it in the wash price as part of the pre-wash package (I paid for their premium wash). Car didn't get fully cleaned as a result. Called their customer service line to see about a refund or a free wash later to get it cleaned. It was a Sunday so the line had me leave a message which was fine, but never received a call from them and it's been almost two weeks now. Would not recommend this wash as a result of this.

Great place to do a self wash. Good equipment.

The absolute worst car wash! I have spoken!
