We have lived here a year had no problems. We decided to renew our lease. But they up the rent On a little one bedroom apartment. Plus new management. A month later it floods because our back patio. But we have hard wood floors until you hit the hall. We bought a new rug after cleaning everything and buying that for our baby to crawl on... it floods again only this time no number is workIng to get ahold of maintenance Yayy

Haven't had any problems since we have been here. Maintenance is very good about getting orders answered and done quickly. Staff is very welcoming and nice. Usually a very clean complex inside of building and out. Great company to rent from.

A couple repairs needed here and there but all around a cozy place.

This place isn't bad. I like my apartment, they are good with work orders. The only thing I do not like is how the other residents don't pick up after their pets. Its disgusting how we can't even walk in the grass because there is poop everywhere because the people are too lazy to pick up after their pet. Besides that I love it here. I wish we can do something about this.
