Live anywhere else.. way too many problems

The third floor is awful because the laundry dryers spend more time heating the building rather your clothes I boil and have many sleepless sweaty nights. We are on our 3rd ac unit because it runs constantly just to stay remotely comfortable and we've only been here for 6 months. If I could I give them no stars

Lived here for 2 years. Price is great compared to other places in the area, and heat and cable are paid. It's a great and walkable location with bike paths nearby. However, maintenance requests took months to complete and some were just ignored. Water was turned off periodically during this time with no notice. Parking in front of buildings was scarce on nights and weekends, and my door was scratched more than once because of how narrow the spaces are. Pool is also very small, more of a kitty pool. Poorly communicated management changeover. New management was not communicative during the move out process and I had to hound them for my security deposit, which they incorrectly deposited twice. Good if you're looking for a cheap location with minimal amenities, but be prepared for poor communication from management.

Love it here. Spacious management is awesome. Would recommend to anyone

I’ve been here for 5 years, within the last 3 months the complex has changed drastically. The police are here every weekend, sometimes multiple times a day. The clientele from the Motel Relax are often in the buildings here, coming and going out of apartments. There is clear drug and illicit activity happening. I fear for my safety and that of my neighbors.nnUpdate-the conditions here have greatly improved. It seems there were a few “bad eggs” as you’ll get anywhere, but management has always been responsive regarding my concerns! The new management team is awesome.
