Property is poorly managed. Communication is terrible. Management in the leasing office gave misleading information when discussing lease terms and will charge you additional month rent after you vacate. Our move in was delayed because the office did communicate with each other about our move in plans. They started cleaning the place the day of our move in, which delayed our movers because carpet was extremely wet. We had to follow up on service calls several times because they did not respond timely. This place is way overpriced for the service and quality of conditions in their apartments.

Location was great but service and communication were horrible. Rent is also overpriced. Space in apartment is decent but nasty carpet and AC was not fully operational. Due to the poor communication, we were charged an additional month’s rent after we vacated.

The townhomes themselves are decent. They updated our flooring and appliances but didn’t update the cabinets or anything else so it looked extremely odd. My biggest problem is the management and staff. The old maintenance workers were lazy and they have a high turnover rate in employees. They mow and sweep all the grass clippings onto your doormat. The office staff is rude and unprofessional and I had multiple difficult times dealing with them. The rent is outrageous for the quality of the townhome and although it is in a decent neighborhood it’s not worth the money. You’ll find better service and a better updated place somewhere else.

Wonderful place to live! Maintenance is great. They respond right away and do the jobs quickly. The grounds are kept mowed and trimmed. I'm always glad to have company, because it always looks good. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe and secure here.

The townhouses are beautiful and spacious. The staff is great. Very helpful and polite. The maintenance is always timely and they go above and beyond. The pool is amazing during the summer and so much outdoor room to walk your dog and play with the kiddos. Our neighbors were fantastic. Our townhouse we lived in was the Maria floor plan. It is a great floor plan since you are not above or below any other residents. Great place to live! Always clean and beautiful!
