I wouldn't give this place a star but had to do at least one to do a review. The management says one thing and does something totally different. My friend lives here and she hates it but loved it before her neighbor moved in. After the neighbor moved in it has been drama and the neighbor has had 16 evicition. She has been to the office about her neighbor and the office won't do anything about it. This lady has went after my friend's daughter, and my friend like she was going to hurt them. The neighbor kids starts on my friends kids and tries to fight them. My friend has had cops involved and when they talk with the neighbor she always flat out lies and plays victim. My friend has police report but nothing they just let it go. This place is nonprofessional.

I just went today to look at a town home or an apartment. I spoke to Amanda over the phone. After she answered a few questions, I felt encouraged to come in. Upon my arrival, another woman at a desk was working on a file, but took me through their qualifying questions. She asked about income and shared with me I only qualified for the 856sqft unit, which she said she didn't have available or to show me. That was funny because that was what was advertised on Craigslist. I shared with her that I have a subsidy so I wouldn't need to make a certain amount a month. So, she showed me townhouse layout, but said she was working on something else and had me to wait. I asked for a garage too. She was discouraging to say there wasn't one close to where the townhouse was. While sitting, I'm asking conversational questions about the property, only to be put on hold again. No hospitality. I suggest I make an appointment right then. She gives me a card to call back for an appointment. I'm hoping this was just a one time thing. I hope this wasn't a discriminatory situation. Hopefully someone from here can prove me wrong.

I've lived here for a few years now and ive never had a problem. When I come into the office they greet me call me by my name. Very respectful. Whenever I needed maintenance done they come the very same day. I give them 5 stars

I lived here less than a year ago and wasn't worth what we paid. The parking is horrible. I remember that people who didn't live there would take up spots right in front of my place. I've had to walk all the way from Northglenn Dr. to my town home. All because they don't do assigned parking and limit the amount of vehicles per unit allowed in front of the buildings. They will also tell us to come in on a specific day and at a specific time and we would get to the admin building and NO ONE would be there and the door locked. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! If it was possible to give a 0 star rating it would be a -1 rating due to their incompetency. So glad I moved back to Oklahoma.

They don't even deserve the one star I had to give them to make this review. My family and I lived there a couple years back and when we moved in we had to sign a paper to mark everything that was wrong with the apartment so we wouldn't be at fault when we would move out and the apartment stayed the same until we moved out it even improved with new things put in it. The guy that helped us was the best one there and not suprising why he left that place as an employee. When we moved out we got screwed big time. We were promised our deposit back because we never created any damage and we were told that it would take a month to get to us. That never got back to us also they billed us $500+ supposedly we owed them and NEVER explained why. When something went wrong and you would call them nobody would ever come until you call the 2nd time and it took them days to come fix something. I chose not to believe the reviews before I moved in, I hope you choose to believe the bad ones. Who ever reads this I recommend you NEVER live here, they will try to rip you off for your money and make you responsible for damages that they couldn't fix before you moved in. WORST PLACE EVER!
