We rented a spacious 1 bedroom with a very affordable rent. All we could say is the location was great, the community was great, and the management was very professional and responsive. We moved out just because we bought a house but definitely miss this place. Highly recommended.
Lived in Apt. 412 from 2011-2014. Great value for what it is, good location, and couldn't beat living on the top floor. The view from the balcony was amazing. On a clear day you could see all the way to Jordan Creek mall. To this day I miss the view.nnMaintenance was responsive. Only issue was people parking in my spot and the front desk refusing to do anything about it. Overall it was a good experience.
They just want your money.. terrible experience..nPlenty of better managed and better places locally
I've been living here the past 3 years and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff and efficient maintenance crew. Any requests were fulfilled in a timely manner and professionally. The property is clean and located in a nice and cozy neighborhood. Restaurants and gyms are a few minutes away which was a big plus for me.
The people around me are quiet and even thought the buildings aren’t new maintenance (in my experience) is always quick to fix an issue in an apartment or a common space. My animals love it!
