Saddlebrook is the place to live in Urbandale! If you are looking for a new home that is affordable, accommodating, quiet and has luxury features for an affordable price look no further. Staff is always so attentive and cares about each resident and the grounds are beautiful!

We just moved in on April 29th. We love it here. It is so nice and quiet here. The management and staff are so helpful and super nice. We love our apartment it feels like home, it doesn't feel like an apartment at all. We love it this much now, we cant wait until we can use the pool and the exercise gym when it is able to open. I highly recommend SaddleBrook if you are looking for place to call home.

I adore my home. I have trees surrounding my building I feel as if I’m in a tree house. I have high ceilings, big windows, crown molding and a window above my kitchen sink! I enjoy my peace and quiet here, some thing I did not get living down town.

I've lived here a year...I'm so impressed with the upkeep, cleanliness, amenities, landscaping, friendly employees, and service. Beautiful Appartments with high ceilings, beautiful large moldings, fireplaces, bookcases, niches, garages, and convenient location. They pick up my garbage at my door 4 nights a week! Snow removal impeccable. What do you want?

Love living here. Maintenance is always on the ball and very courteous whenever I have an issue. The location is perfect.
