Mark Hayes was great!! My fiancée and I moved into a property a while back. Mark was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Renters Warehouse has been a God send to me and getting people in to my rentals, namely Mark Hayes. He does all the showing, the background checks & the demographics for your location and what you can get for rent in that area. I have utilized them for 3 or 4 tenants now and no issues. I maintain my own rental properties but I let Mark handle the applications and recommendations of tenants. He is very thorough and always finds the best tenants. Thank you Mark for all you do!

I have been working with Mark Hayes and he has gone above and beyond to help get us into our house and answer all our questions. This is our first experience with Renters Warehouse and so far it has been a great one. I would highly recommend this rental company to anyone.
