Neil provides a honest, fair, and low-pressure selling and buying experience. His instincts were spot on regarding the pricing and staging of our home. Neil is very responsive to your questions and needs as a client. He provided terrific advice when we received multiple offers for our home. Neil has sold two homes for us. If we ever move again, we will be calling Neil.

I definitely recommend Neil Timmins. He helped us get our dream home. He was professional and yet he was fun to work with. He worked around our crazy schedules, always had several houses set up to show us on the same day. Listened to what we wanted in a house and to what we liked and didnt like about the houses we rejected. Neil gave us great advice on how and what we needed to do once we found the house we wanted. He even suggested a bank that saved us a lot more money than the bank we had picked. He was there for us right through to the day we closed. We would use him again in a heartbeat.

We highly recommend Neil to anyone!! Neil is very Detail orientated, took time to listen to exactly what we wanted showed us many different ranges and locations. Come to find out we needed to custom build from scratch, Neil took time to help us through the process from beginning to end. Neil is a great realtor for any situation.

Neil was very accommodating during our house hunt and was flexible on when we wanted to schedule a walkthrough. He did not pressure us which was especially important as first time home buyers.nnWe actually decided to stop looking and notified Neil. He was very professional and said to reach out at any time if that changed. Two months later we found the perfect house and ended up buying it. Thanks for all the help, Neil!
