This guy is the rudest person I have ever interviewed with. Ironic he is so rude considering as a candidate I wouldn't work for a jerk like him if he was the last employer. Based on what I witnessed. Its all about him, and nothing about you. Good luck home sellers, there are many good people who would take care of you.

At some point in the past, I received a cold-call letter from Neil Timmins of 8035 Development expressing interest in purchasing my high-end condo unit at 3660 Grand Ave (DSM). When the COVID shutdown coincided with my pending divorce, I contacted 8035 development to see if they still had interest. Within a couple of hours, Neil provided a quote for the unit, site unseen. He and his company seem to specialize in purchasing properties quickly and with minimal pain and inconvenience for the owners. I was allowed to pick the closing date, and they took care of all real estate and legal fees. There staff was efficient, and presented with a professional demeaner and positive attitude. It was perfect for me, as I had already moved out of state. Really great service.
