I have worked with the entire Locate team on several occasions. Can't recommend this team enough. They are responsive, informative, have top of the line market analysis, and always seem to have the right solution no matter what comes up during negotiations. I would give them more stars if they were available.

As a commercial real estate property management professional, I’ve worked with Keith since 2008. Keith acted as the broker on quite a number of properties that I’ve managed over this period of time. Keith was always professional, was aware of property management issues and how those issues tied into his role in marketing the property to other potential tenants and/or, positioning the property for maximum value if a potential sale was on the table.
