Keith Olson assisted our family business in selling an office building which had gone empty in late 2014 when the party leasing the building chose not to renew their lease. We tried selling this building ourselves for approximately six months. We then explored a few Real Estate firms; and in that process met Keith Olson who was at that time working with NAI Optimum.nnFrankly, that was a challenging time to have an empty building for sale. Keith put together quality marketing material on this building and made numerous contacts with potential buyers. Keith was great at keeping us informed regarding the process.nnI am sure there are many brokers or real estate agents that can put together marketing material and find potential buyers. The quality that set Keith apart was his honesty and integrity throughout the entire process. I am thankful his efforts paid off for us in a successful sale; but I was most impressed with his qualities as a person.

I have known and worked with Keith for years and always found him to be honest, forthright and upbeat. I also know that he strives to be the best he can be. I just referred a client to him that his other realtor was unable to help and it took him no time to start making things happen for him. My referral was very happy with Keith. Liked everything about working with Keith! It was the first time I had sold a commercial building and he made it so easy. Always professional and kept me well informed as to what was going on during the process. I am sure I asked plenty of crazy questions and if he didn’t have the answers he got them in a timely manner. Would use him again!

We owned commercial rental property in Des Moines as an out of town owner. Keith was our leasing agent, and he did more than just lease it. Wnen we had frozen pipes, he helped us make the arrangements to get it fixed. I could tell that when he leased the property, he was looking out for our interest in securing a good tenant. When we decided to sell, Keith was the one who found us a buyer. He was professional at all times and always did was was in our best interest.

Keith did a great job in listening to what I was looking for in a business location and setting. He was very professional and responsive to a lot of the questions I had. You can not go wrong having Keith help you with your real estate needs!
