I called Josh to help me look for a condo on the west side of the Des Moines area. During this pandemic, I wasn't able to go in person to look but Josh did that for me! With mask and gloves on, he gave me a face time/virtual tour, answered all of my questions, looked in detail and took his time. He knew who to call for inspections, repairs, association questions. He responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and kept me up to date with the process.nI would highly recommend giving Josh a call if you are in the market to buy or to sell!!
