Ashlee, Kyle, and their team were absolutely AMAZING to work with! They sold my house in record time and made the entire process extremely easy on my end. Ashlee was determined to get me the best outcome and was quick to respond to messages day or night. She stayed calm right before my closing when I panicked about a household repair, and she even worked during her vacation to make sure my closing happened on time! I cannot recommend her enough and will definitely be enlisting her help in the future! Thanks again!!

I recently worked with Ashlee to purchase my first home in Des Moines and I was so happy she was my realtor. Ashlee is very focused and interested in helping the home search and purchase activity go efficiently and smoothly, she is very responsive and knowledgeable. She has a strong background in providing references for local professionals whether it be home inspection, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, tradesmen, ect. Ashlee is pleasant and resourceful and an excellent professional to deal with, I highly recommend her and her team with no reservation.

Purchasing a home with Ashlee was wonderful. We went into and toured well over 30 homes while COVID-19 was in full swing and she didn’t miss a beat even with all the hectic planning during a pandemic. She was helpful, knowledgeable and eager to help us each step of the way. Since closing our home she has been a wonderful resource as well. Highly recommend!

Ashlee was so awesome to work with! This was my first home buying experience, and she made it easy. We had a lot of fun looking at different homes, we even looked at places we knew we couldn't choose, getting a feel for what we wanted. She had a lot of great advice, and pushed for more from the seller's than even I thought we should, and we got a fantastic deal! Will definitely be calling her again when we need a new home

I purchased the house I had been renting for almost 8 years. Ashley was the sellers' agent. She was attentive and respectful to me and my needs as the buyer, without compromising her position as agent for the seller. Everything went smoothly and very quickly. Ours was not a common circumstance, buyer & seller already having a good relationship. I would highly recommend Ashley and her team whether buying or selling.
