I had my first wax ever and Ellen was amazing. She talked to me as a friend which to me made me feel comfortable. She understood that it was my first wax and walked me through it all before it happened. She had my take breaths in the more sensitive areas which helped. Ill definitely be back!
Straight male here. They do a great job all around; very professional. Went in for a butt wax (which I normally have done monthly, at home), and I was not disappointed. It was not awkward at all, and they were friendly, and efficient! Would happily return if I'm ever in town again.

I went in today for my very first wax ever and the experience was amazing. I mean nothing is painless and I just knew it was going to be weird and awkward and scary. But it wasn't. I highly recommend Jenn. She. Is. Amazing! I was comfortable, and she seriously worked magic to make the experience as painless as possible. Thank you Jenn!
I have had some of the worst waxing done at this location but because I value customer service and the level of professionalism protrayed I would return. I have been charged greater prices for their product due to the product stickers having discrepancy amounts but I continued to show grace and mindfulness. The one moment I need their facility to do the same and work with me as I try to reschedule due to a work conflict they show up lacking and in total disgrace. 50% service charge, really for not a cancel but reschedule? Sounds like some vulture type policies to me...I will never use wax city services ever again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either.
