This is by far the best location in West Des Moines, they never disappoint. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. The store is spotless and all covid safety measures are in place and being executed. It has always been a wonderful experience. ASHLEY is the best Brow person they have. Have to call for appointments but still get their 5 star results.
lorena did me dirty. messed up my address when i ordered something in store. and ulta customer service did me even dirtier by their lack of brain cells. can’t change the addy when i ordered five minutes ago. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Waited over an hour past my hair appointment. Hired a babysitter and changed plans in order for this appointment to happen. I even said I was willing to go to a different ulta elsewhere but she insisted it was only going to be a few more minutes. Well after an hour and a half of waiting I had to leave. This was so incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and rude.
