I like living here because I can walk to all my local stores as well as my church. It is a great location for me. It is a win/win situation I get to run my errands and I can get some exercise in. I have been here since 2007 and the office staff is great! They really do a great job at running this property.
Apartments flooding through sink back up is apparently common here, when it happens they won't reimburse for the cost of anything ruined or needing washed. I specifically had mold in my closet which had water damage in the ceiling that I essentially had to seal off because all they would do is paint over. The shower wouldn't drain properly on the regular. Just horrible water piping in the buildings. Other than that they were decent. Central air is a plus, well sound proofed apartments so minimal noise pollution. I cant wait for my lease to be up. Could've been worse, but definitely should've been a lot better.
Lived here for 2yrs now and the staff here is amazing always responsive to any concerns or questions are handled immediately! Only down side is the parking but beyond that everything is fantastic !
Have had zero problems living here for over a year with my wife. Very good location for traveling in and out of Des Moines. Near a lot of our favorite outdoor areas.
It's so nice having a washer/dryer in the apt. My deck is bigger and the trees are nice right of the deck. Love the kitchen and cabinet storage. Parking is so much closer.i think this is going to be great
