Tried the drive thru, didn't want to use their touch-screen ordering system (no sanitizer in my car) so I went to the window. The person at the window wouldn't take my order and told me to go inside. Given the other reviews on this place I expected better customer service. I took my business to Firehouse instead.

The people who work at and run this location are not just amazing, they are EXCEPTIONAL. So kind, so fast and they say thank you about a hundred times. It’s incredibly obvious they value their customer. They set the bar and let me say, it’s REALLY high!

We just had an amazingly friendly experience at the Grimes Subway! The guys behind the counter were great - went above and beyond! And the sandwiches were the best ever :)

I visited the store on 06/28/2020, at 9:15 pm. Gentlemen by the names of Hunter and Evan were running the shop. Those guys had excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Had the store fully operable, even 45 minutes before close. I was able to order 2 sandwiches and get everything I needed on them without hesitation.nnHad some small talk with Hunter as well as Evan, and those guys know how to flex to a situation and provide an excellent customer experience even though it was so late. If these guys have not received a raise, then now is the for-sure time they do! Again, props to Hunter and Evan for killing it! I'll be back again for sure!n-Jesse
