Great place to work

Went to look at the website to see listing for the old Kirkwood Hotel condos. When looking then a screen pops up and you have to supply Facebook address (don’t have one) or your email address and the name and phone number to continue looking.nSo I’ll furnish information when I want to and if I want to. So I’m not into game playing with this sort of shenanigans. They can go ahead and do what they want but in my opinion it’s a stupid thing to do. Keep your listings I won’t do business with game stuff people. No other realty company that I know does this. Again in my opinion dumb practice!

Tina Johnson and Stevie O'Meara are professional realtors. They are obsessed with their clients wishes and made sure we felt comfortable as new home buyers from the beginning. They always have your best interests in mind and you get the feeling while working with them, that they have your back. Horrible unprofessional people. We had the property at 3718 47th St. & had until 4-30-18 to vacate & David Friest from Capital City Property Management changed the locks on us when we came to clean the property on 4-22-18. Don't rent this property. The landlord is psycho. She kicked us out just because she wanted to raise the rent from $825 to $1100 without any improvements to the property. We had lived there 2 yrs and were excellent tenants. We don't smoke, don't have pets, have clean criminal records, clean renting history, good financial history, we took great care of the property,etc. My husband, son & myself were very upset to have to leave. She discriminated against us because my husband is Arab & we're Muslim. The property is next to a very busy and loud street & a bus stop. Random strangers walk through the yard at all hours of the day & lots of trash gets thrown into the yard. A man urinated in the yard once & our personal property was vandalized. It's not a good or safe neighborhood. Don't rent with them. David Friest just started at this company in February & has no idea what he's doing. He's a very rude person. On Saturday, April 21st he also threatened to tow our car & stated he was giving us 24-hrs notice...mind you, we didn't have to leave til April 30th. He is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! They blocked me on Facebook & I'm sure they took down the bad review because they don't want it to get out how horrible they are. What they did was illegal. David tried to get away with not giving us 24 hrs notice to show the property even though he knew he was required to do so. Some people just have no integrity. I filed a complaint with the BBB. I'm filing a complaint with the Des Moines Civil Rights Commission & the Iowa Civil Rights Commission. We called the police but they refused to do anything. I'm filing legal action against them, as well. We left the property in immaculate condition...even replaced the light bulbs. Humans should not be allowed to treat other humans this way.
