Noodles and Company

They offer Gluten Sensitive options, but then have different random NON gluten free pasta mixed in with the gluten free pasta?? I found so much random macaroni noodles and spaghetti noodles in my gluten free shell pasta! Absolutely NOT okay. If you’re offering gluten sensitive options then you should be keeping that separate from options filled with gluten. I understand having reasonable risks of cross contamination in a pasta establishment, but I found SO MANY gluten filled noodles in my bowl! My celiac friends DO NOT EAT HERE!

This site is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to this restaurant. when I want to go to a good dinner, this restaurant comes first to my mind. extremely good and varied food and a rich cuisine.generous crew, and agreeable spirit. And very important, the expence is decent. I suggest this restaurant with no doubt.

Half the time I order with Door Dash I don't get the extra sauce for my Mac and Cheese (THAT I PAID FOR!). When that happens it goes directly in the garbage. Seriously, how hard is it to double check an order before a delivery service takes it? This happens FAR too often. It's not a rare occurrence.nnIf 1 out of 100 orders was wrong then I could understand. But it's more like 1 in 10. I usually pick it up myself, so I can check it before I leave and it's never been wrong when I pick it up myself. It's only happened when Door Dash has delivered it. Although it's not Door Dash's fault.nnManagement needs to step up and address this.

Update at bottom !So my wife an I ordered tonight online to pickup our order, first off order said 16-21 min so my wife arrived 30 min to allow time. She waited their an additional 18 min on top of the 30 we waited before we left since we live close. Wife makes it home an the food was cold, missing items, and the worse part cross contamination of ingredients on each others meals, my daughter had Mac an cheese which had 4 different noddles an parr’s if broccoli and onions some how. My sons was stone cold the meatballs weren’t even warm. I was missing items to boot. My wife’s meal had vegetables that shouldn’t be in it as well as mine and some were on noticeable. We did custom took things out an added in items which is aloud online but that wasn’t even paid attention to. I call an they said they would remake everything so I come down wait an additional 25 min and guess what...... still messed up the order and cross ingredients again!!! The lady that was seemed to be in charge was trying said well call us tomorrow. She was trying to calm her 2 people working an kept asking where their other worker was an one gal in the back cooking kept saying she was going to walk out!!! The worst $45 dollars spent an this place has gone down hill not to mention the one girl working in back no mask on and the young kid working the expo was not paying attention to anything I used to be in food business as a caterer and a chef in restaurants I wanted to hop in but man terrible I will be calling for sure!nnUpdate: The manager I takes to was same from last night I understood her situation she was in and I got it! She invited us back for a meal for the family and said they would have my name written down you know how that goes, well they did an I ordered our food no issues an the lady that was their tonight managing was a boss and knew how to manage an run a crew! I only give 4 out of 5 for the having to redo food twice but the environment was better tonight and for the fact as the kids working in back had mask under chin instead of wearing it over their mouth an nose!

I wish I'd caught his name - one of your employees working the front counter today heard me order something with no cheese and mention I have a dairy allergy. He caught that what I'd ordered also has cream in it and made sure to make me aware of it before I ate it, and made sure I got an order that was dairy-free. Saved me a nasty reaction and days of misery. If he hadn't been so knowledgeable about the menu, I'd have paid for it.
