Simple request: I purchased $25 in tokens and got near the end & only had $1 tokens, I needed 25¢ tokens. Change machines don't do that. Went to the counter. Nope. That's against their policy.nnIs there a laundromat with good customer service/policies? It was a very simple request that could have easily been taken care of. The Laundry Place on 86th chose the low road.

Washers are great but $5 for a full basket. Dryers slow and not so great. Also I was expecting for the $5 wash the dryers would be free. But no. Disappointing for my first visit. I will change my rating perminently after the second visit.

Would have given 4 stars because the laundromat is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, but is is a DISGRACE that mask are not required.

Best place to go for quick laundry! Facility is always clean, people are very pleasant! Way faster and cheaper than any hotel laundry.

Some people leave their clothes in the top row dryer forever and not taking out, top row is full and need to use the bottom row.
